Medical Insurance and Fees
We are participating providers with Medicare and most major commercial insurance payers. Our office will submit claims for payment directly to your insurance company. If hospitalization is required, the hospital will bill you separately from our physician charges.
If you do not have health insurance, please discuss a payment schedule with our business staff prior to your visit. We are available to assist you with claim submission, payment plans, or any questions you have about your insurance coverage.
